Key Roles and Responsibilities:We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the technical development of advanced AI solutions that align with business objectives and technical standards. The successful candidate will guide our teams and projects in designing and implementing innovative systems based on Large Language Models (LLMs), chatbots, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) mechanisms.The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade LLM/AI applications in cloud environments.Main Accountabilities:Lead the technical design and end-to-end development of AI solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements.Mentor the development team, conduct code reviews, and implement engineering best practices.Collaborate closely with AI Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver effective and efficient AI solutions.Nice-to-Have Skills & Expertise:Experience in designing and programming ML algorithms and data processing pipelines using Python.Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps concepts, with experience working with selected tools.
