Senior AI Architect Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Architect to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have practical expertise in RAG systems, Agentic AI, and working with open-source LLMs.Design, develop, and deploy complex Gen AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and multimodal AI systems.Implement and optimize RAG architectures, vector search, retrieval workflows, query rewriting, and prompt tuning.Build Agentic AI applications using frameworks such as LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks.Integrate, fine-tune, and evaluate open-source LLMs (Llama, GPT-OSS, etc.) and multimodal models for real-world use cases.Measure, refine, and enhance Gen AI solution performance using evaluation frameworks and model metrics.Troubleshoot and debug complex ML and Gen AI workflows with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:The role involves designing, developing, and deploying Gen AI solutions that include RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and multimodal AI systems. This includes implementing and optimizing RAG architectures, integrating and fine-tuning open-source LLMs, and evaluating their performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for troubleshooting and debugging complex ML and Gen AI workflows.Must-Have Skills:6+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development with at least one production-grade Gen AI use case.Strong practical experience in RAG-based or Agentic AI implementations for global clients.Hands-on expertise with open-source LLMs and multimodal models.Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or similar.Strong understanding of Gen AI evaluation, refinement, and benchmarking.Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
