What you'll do:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all customer relationship management efforts at noon Food. Creating and executing CRM campaigns that engage, retain, and grow our customer base. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, manage a team of 3-4 CRM professionals, and bring creativity and precision to every touchpoint. Expertise in CRM tools such as Braze, Clevertap, or HubSpot is essential, alongside outstanding English copywriting skills.


  • Lead CRM Campaigns: Develop, implement, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS, driving user engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Content & Copywriting: Craft compelling and effective copy that speaks to the noon Food audience, delivering clear and persuasive messages that align with our brand tone and voice.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a CRM team of 3-4 members, ensuring high performance, continuous learning, and collaboration within the team.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with marketing, product, data, and customer support teams to align CRM efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.
  • Tool Expertise: Leverage CRM tools like Braze, Clevertap, or HubSpot for campaign setup, automation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze CRM campaign data and user behaviors to continually optimize the customer lifecycle, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and results-oriented.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Create highly segmented and personalized customer journeys to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Project Management: Oversee CRM projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.


What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience (4-5 years) in CRM management, preferably within the food delivery or e-commerce industry.
  • Expertise in CRM tools such as Braze, Clevertap, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional English copywriting skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strong leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience in campaign analysis and optimization.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
