Job Description:As a seasoned MEP Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and execution of MEP systems (electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, and ELV).Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive MEP plans that ensure compliance with IS codes, safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.Provide technical guidance and leadership to the MEP engineering team and site engineers to drive project success.Conduct thorough design reviews, value engineering, and approve drawings, submittals, and material specifications to guarantee quality and efficiency.Oversee budgeting, BOQ preparation, vendor selection, and procurement processes to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource allocation.Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project coordination and milestone achievement.Direct testing, commissioning, quality control, and handover documentation to guarantee project completion according to industry standards.Monitor project timelines, resources, and costs to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and maximize ROI.Additionally, you will be responsible for driving innovation in sustainability and energy efficiency practices in MEP systems to enhance our organization's reputation as a leader in green infrastructure development.
