You'll architect and own our Snowflake data warehouse, design automated data pipelines from marketing platforms, CRM systems, and payment tools, and build dashboards that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for our leadership team.This hands-on role blends data engineering, SQL development, and business intelligence, offering a chance to make a direct impact on company-wide decision-making as we scale from $50M to unicorn status.Key ResponsibilitiesSnowflake Data Warehouse ManagementArchitect and manage our Snowflake environment (schemas, warehouses, users, roles)Design and implement data models using Bronze → Silver → Gold layer architectureWrite advanced SQL to transform, clean, and aggregate data from multiple sourcesOptimize query performance and costs in SnowflakeImplement data governance and security best practicesData Pipeline & Integration ManagementConfigure and maintain ETL/ELT tools (Fivetran, Airbyte, or similar) to sync data into SnowflakeConnect data sources: HubSpot (CRM/marketing), ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), Stripe (payments), and analytics toolsMonitor pipeline health, troubleshoot data consistency issues, and ensure data freshnessHandle schema changes and API updatesData Modeling and TransformationDesign dimensional data models (fact and dimension tables, star schemas)Build standardized business metrics for marketing, sales, and financeCombine, clean, and transform data from multiple sources for consistent business useCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data structuresBusiness Intelligence and ReportingBuild and maintain dashboards (Sigma Computing, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) that empower business teams with real-time insightsCreate executive dashboards for marketing performance, sales funnel, customer analytics, and revenue metricsDefine, document, and maintain consistent KPIs across departmentsPerform ad-hoc analysis to answer critical business questionsAutomation and Data QualityImplement automated workflows for reporting and data synchronizationBuild data quality checks, alerts, and monitoring to maintain reliabilityCreate and maintain documentation for all pipelines, data models, and metricsRequirementsWhat do you bring?Must-Have Skills:4-6+ years as Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or BI DeveloperExpert-level Snowflake experience (this is the #1 requirement)   Built production Snowflake data warehouses   Designed schemas and optimized performanceAdvanced SQL proficiency - Complex joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimizationETL/pipeline experience - Configured tools like Fivetran, Airbyte, or StitchData modeling expertise - Dimensional modeling, star schemas, fact/dimension tablesBI tool experience - Built executive dashboards in Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similarBusiness acumen - Understanding of marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS), SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn)Strong communication - Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholdersPreferred Skills:Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM data structuresPython or JavaScript for scripting and automationKnowledge of workflow automation toolsFamiliarity with API-based integrations and JSON data handlingExposure to version control (Git) and documentation standardsExperience with dbt (data build tool) for transformationsMarketing analytics experience (ad platforms, attribution modeling)BenefitsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation package with performance-based bonuses.Fully remote, globally distributed team.Direct impact on data-driven growth across three critical departments.Opportunities for rapid career growth and exposure to advanced marketing and operational analytics.Collaborative, forward-thinking culture that values innovation and results.If you are ready to take on a challenge that will shape the future of crypto finance and grow with a team of innovators, we want to hear from you
