Key Influencer Account ManagerThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Influencer Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key influencer accounts in the given territory.As a Key Influencer Account Manager, you will identify the key people within accounts who influence glass specification/purchase and build strong relationships with them. You will also identify the key external stakeholders associated with the project and help the sales team achieve better conversion rates.Responsibilities include:Implementing key account management processes with targeted key influencer accounts;Understanding project decision-making and ensuring all necessary support is provided to the sales team for order closure;Supporting the sales team in closing projects by providing assistance from the key influencer side;Ensuring unique specifications are created to differentiate products and achieve better price realization;Monitoring industry trends and competition;Identifying new potential key accounts;Undertaking local and global product benchmarking;Tracking trends towards policy, codes, and norms.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;• Proven experience in account management, preferably in the glass industry;• Strong understanding of key influencer account management principles;• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.What We Offer• Competitive salary and benefits package;• Opportunities for career growth and professional development;• Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Join Our Team
