Job SummaryWe are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for HR and related roles across our client organizations. The role involves partnering with leadership to understand hiring needs, managing end-to-end recruitment, and mentoring junior recruiters. You will also contribute to broader talent strategy and workforce planning initiatives.Location – Indore, MPCompensation – As per market standards, including fixed pay and lucrative incentivesWorking Days – 5 days (Monday to Friday) with attractive HR policiesKey ResponsibilitiesHandle full-cycle recruitment for HR positions — from junior to leadership levels.Work closely with clients to understand role requirements and deliver quality hiring outcomes.Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.Screen and shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate feedback loops.Maintain and update candidate databases and track hiring progress in ATS.Build and manage strong relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth process.Create and post engaging job descriptions to attract the right talent.Prepare regular reports on hiring status and performance.Mentor and support junior recruiters on sourcing and screening best practices.Stay updated about HR industry trends to advise clients better.Preferred Qualifications and ExperienceMBA and Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably hiring for HR roles.Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with multiple recruitment platforms.Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.Experience in agency or executive search recruitment preferred.Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives.
