Our mission-driven team is dedicated to creating a user-friendly experience that improves customer outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a user valuations model to inform product and marketing decisions, analyzing drivers of profitability.Monitor and update credit policy to optimize for company risk, profitability, and growth targets.Propose data-driven product changes to improve customer experience and company profitability, partnering with cross-functional teams.Identify trends in the company portfolio and lead weekly credit committee meetings to share performance updates and analysis.Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify underlying explanations for changes in portfolio performance, developing data-driven solutions.Collaborate with data science, product, and engineering teams to propose hypothesis testing to improve risk and profitability.Develop statistical models to assist in pricing and user segmentation for capital markets transactions and financial data analysis.Required Skills and QualificationsFluency in SQL and R/Python programming languages.Previous experience in analytics and/or quantitative modeling using large datasets.Ability to analyze, visualize, and communicate impactful insights to stakeholders.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.5-10 years relevant experience in Credit Analytics, preferably in the fintech industry.Benefits of Joining Our TeamCompetitive salary and equity package.A collaborative and flat company culture.Remote work options with occasional in-person collaboration.Fully-paid Group Medical Insurance and Personal Accidental Insurance.Unlimited paid time off including personal leave, bereavement leave, and sick leave.Fully-paid parental leave policies.$500 Annual professional development budget.Discretionary travel opportunities.
