We are currently seeking a Data & AI Strategist to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). Data and AI Strategy Consultant Grade 12 We are seeking a visionary and innovative Data & AI Strategist Leader to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual with a unique blend of strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and drive transformative changes. The role involves conducting maturity assessments, defining target-state visions, and developing strategic roadmaps to unlock business value from data and AI investments. The individual will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and business leaders across industries. The role will work cross-functionally with technology, business, and leadership teams to help clients design and execute their enterprise-wide data and AI transformation journeys Key Responsibilities: - Visionary Leadership: Develop and articulate a compelling vision for the future, driving the organization towards achieving strategic goals build and design road maps. - Strategic Planning: Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans that align with the company's mission and objectives. - Engage with clients across industries to understand business challenges and opportunities. - Conduct current-state assessments of client data, AI, and analytics maturity. - Benchmark capabilities against industry standards and best practices. - Define target-state operating models, data governance frameworks, and AI adoption strategies. - Develop strategic roadmaps that balance near-term quick wins with long-term enterprise transformation. - Present executive-level recommendations to C-level stakeholders. - Support business development by contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and client workshops. - Stay abreast of market trends and emerging technologies to guide clients on innovation. Basic Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in Data and AI with 5+ years in consulting/advisory roles focused on data strategy, AI, or digital transformation. - Proven track record of delivering client-facing strategy engagements. - Strong knowledge of AI/ML, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise data management. - Excellent storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Strong business acumen with the ability to link data & AI strategy to measurable outcomes. - Lead enterprise-wide assessment of data and AI maturity, including technology, processes, and people. - Define the target-state vision for the organization's data and AI capabilities. - Develop a multi-year roadmap for adoption, including quick wins and long-term initiatives. - Partner with business units to identify high-value AI use cases and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. - Establish data governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks. - Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to align platform and architecture strategy. - Track and measure the impact of AI and data initiatives through defined KPIs. - Provide executive leadership with insights and recommendations to support investment decisions - Deep knowledge of enterprise data management, AI governance, and cloud data platforms. - Experience with maturity assessments, capability building, and operating model design. - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business value Preferred Skills: - Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, data integration, data warehousing and AI tools. - Knowledge of Gen AI and Agentic AI - Have Architected Cloud Data and AI Platforms - Experience with Snowflake and Databricks #GenAINTT About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
