In this role, you willBuild user interfaces for web applications using React.js library and develop code using React Native frameworkEnsure the building of reusable and scalable components in React NativeSolve problems, de-bug, and optimize code, ensuring proper deployment of React Native applications to various hosting environmentsDevelop code that is platform-specific, ensuring access to native modules and functionsUtilize your knowledge and proficiency in Javascript, Typescript, HTML, and CSSShowcase and apply application state management and routing for React Native, including local component libraries such as ReduxBuild and utilize tools to ensure proper integrations, testing and version controlsUtilize knowledge of CI/CD practices for mobile app developmentDrive functionality and features through the use of integrated, third party librariesGain a deep understanding of our product and become involved in driving out product implementationJoin a rapidly growing technical team with the opportunity to take on both product and technical problemsContinue to keep up to date with the latest trends in the React.js and React Native environments.
If you’re right for this role, youHave a strong understanding of core computer science principlesHave 4+ years professional experience working in and writing code within React Native environmentExperience with
Expo or Android Studio
for building applicationsHave Experience with
rela
tional and NoSQL Databases
deploying applications in
AWSHave very strong proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, and ES6+Have familiarity with tools like Axios, Fetch API, Git, and Jest.Experience working on a high scale or rapidly growing web applicationAre comfortable in a fast paced, pragmatic work environmentComfortable working with front end componentsExperience working in a remote teamAre a strong written and verbal communicator; Advanced English language skillsMust be able to flex at least 4 working hours to overlap with North American time zones; Requirement to work until 3pm EST (US).
