As an AVP - Third Party Risk Management, you will play a pivotal role in directing and leading the Group-wide strategic development and implementation of this framework.Develop a comprehensive TPRM strategy that encompasses outsourcing governance.Ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the TPRM program by continuously assessing and mitigating third-party supplier risks.Identify, assess, monitor, and control potential third-party risks before and after contract inception.Enhance our risk management model to foster proactive monitoring and oversight of third-party risks.Stay abreast of regulatory guidelines and update our risk assessment framework accordingly.Lead the risk segmentation process and maintain annual attestations with contract owners.Prepare actionable reports on third-party risks for business stakeholders and senior management.Escalate critical items related to new and existing third-parties, including concentration risks and fourth-party exposure.Collaborate with sourcing partners, Operational Risk Team, and other assurance functions to identify and escalate third-party risks.Maintain strict compliance with regulatory requirements while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
