The Role We are hiring a proactive Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance (CA) to lead the finance and accounting function. This strategic role will manage end-to-end accounting, ensure financial and statutory compliance, and support project financing. The candidate will play a pivotal role in financial reporting, statutory compliance, external stakeholder management, and establishing strong financial governance during the project phase and beyond. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end accounting and finalization of books across the organization. Manage monthly/annual closing, audits, and financial reporting. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure effective fund utilization. Prepare financial MIS, variance analysis, and management dashboards for decision-making. Support project financing, financial modeling, lender coordination, disbursements, and compliance. Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies, and manage statutory requirements. Oversee ROC filings, board meeting documentation, and maintenance of statutory registers. Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations. Implement and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies. Skills and Knowledge Strong exposure to project finance, audits, and regulatory compliance. Working knowledge of Company Secretarial functions. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
