Job Title: AI VisionaryA leading role for a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in designing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions for Telecom and Networking use cases.We are seeking an expert with 15+ years of total experience, including at least 10 years in Telecom (4G/5G & IMS) and/or Datacom (Routing, Switching / SD-WAN / Provider Edge).The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ML Algorithms; Graph Neural Networks, Time-series Forecasting Algorithms (ARIMA, LSTM…), and solid programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML/DL libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).Strong experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, Crew AI, OpenAI APIs, etc.) is required, as well as experience in Agentic AI, autonomous multi-agent systems, and RAG pipelines.Key responsibilities include building multiple AI/ML solutions for Telecom and Networking use cases, bringing proven communication skills to mentor cross-functional teams on the architecture and drive architectural direction of products.About This RoleThis position involves the design and deployment of data pipelines on GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub) for batch and real-time streaming, handling carrier-class data sets of terabyte-scale.Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) and MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) is essential.The successful candidate will also be responsible for deploying ML systems on AWS and Databricks, building scalable AI infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, EKS, automating deployments, and ensuring high availability with autoscaling and observability.RequirementsProven track record in building AI solutions for Telecom and Networking use cases.8+ years of hands-on experience with ML Algorithms.Solid programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML/DL libraries.Strong experience with LLM frameworks and Agentic AI.Experience in dealing with carrier-class data sets of terabyte-scale.Ability to translate technical results into business insights.
