We're seeking a visionary Senior AI Engineer to join our mission to architect the future of enterprise security – where innovation meets expertise.Job DescriptionWe're hiring a Senior AI Engineer to own our Response Action Group (RAG), text-to-SQL copilots, and Large Language Model Operations (LLMOps) systems end-to-end. This includes designing reliable, high-accuracy AI systems powering mission-critical workflows, driving engineering standards, tooling, and infrastructure for scalability.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign agentic RAG and text-to-SQL copilots handling 50K+ daily queries with 99.9% reliability and high semantic accuracy.Build, maintain, and optimize our LLMOps stack using LangGraph, LangSmith, MLflow, Kubernetes, async inference, and cloud LLM providers like AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic.Develop MCP server integrations ensuring robust runtime execution across agents and tools.Implement evaluation frameworks and guardrails to minimize hallucinations and reduce drift by ~30%.Owning system observability & performance including latency, throughput, cost optimization, caching, and retrieval quality.Optimize inference, retrieval, and orchestration pipelines for scale and reliability.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:Expertise in developing and deploying large-scale AI systems.Familiarity with cloud-based LLM providers and their integration with other technologies.Strong knowledge of software development best practices and engineering standards.Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.BenefitsThis is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that's redefining the future of cybersecurity.
