Job SummaryThe Sr. Business Intelligence Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing the BI strategy, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.This key leadership position oversees data analysis activities, including data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modelling, to extract actionable insights and support business decisions.The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with timely, relevant, and accurate information.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the organization's BI strategy, aligning it with business goals and objectives.Oversee data analysis activities, including data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modelling, to extract actionable insights and support business decisions.Create and manage comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with timely, relevant, and accurate information.Establish and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Manage a team of BI professionals, including data analysts and data engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Ensure stable operation of the network and databases by consistently scheduling and implementing updates and functionality tests; identifies and resolves any issues that are identified during the testing process.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of a small staff of supervisory and non-supervisory personnel. Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, safety, and applicable laws.
