Senior Digital Insights SpecialistWe're seeking a skilled Social Listening/Insight Analyst to work closely with our team and contribute to driving business growth through actionable insights.As a key member of our wider insights team, you'll be responsible for:Transforming internal briefs into analytical projects, and conducting in-depth analysis using a range of tools to derive valuable insightsProviding qualitative and quantitative analysis and insight to inform brand and marketing strategy, digital marketing content, communications, and new product developmentBuilding and testing queries on in-house tools, and creating well-crafted visualisations to communicate complex data effectivelyYou'll work across a range of digital touchpoints, including social listening/analytics, and be expected to:Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations to inform strategic decisionsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital insights, and apply this knowledge to improve our understanding of customer behaviour and market dynamicsThe ideal candidate will possess:Excellent English and Hindi language skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearlyProven experience working in digital insights, with a strong background in social listening and analyticsStrong technical skills, including proficiency in Google Analytics and BrandwatchThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to driving business success through insightful analysis and strategic recommendations.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth analysis using a range of toolsProvide qualitative and quantitative analysis and insightBuild and test queries on in-house toolsRequirements:English and Hindi language skillsDigital insights experienceTechnical skills (Google Analytics, Brandwatch)
