About Us:Traya is an Indian direct-to-consumer hair care brand platform that provides a holistic treatment for consumers dealing with hair loss. The company offers personalized consultations to determine the root cause of hair fall among individuals, along with a range of hair care products that combine Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition.Our Vision:We aim to create awareness around hair loss, de-stigmatize it while empathizing with customers who experience its emotional and psychological impact. We also strive to provide a perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients by combining three different sciences (Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition).About the Role:This position involves providing virtual consultations to patients with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction throughout their healthcare journey.Key Responsibilities:Reach out to customers via outbound calls to check treatment progress, address concerns, and provide support as part of their healthcare journey.Take ownership of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) set by your manager, which may include targets for call attempts made and completed consultation calls each day.FOLLOW established communication guidelines during all customer interactions, ensuring consistent high-empathy experiences and meeting quality standards.Gather patient history and accurately diagnose illnesses through detailed consultations.PREScribe medications and recommend treatments based on homeopathic principles and the established line of treatment.Develop and implement personalized care plans to address individual patient needs.Provide follow-up care, adjusting treatments as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.Counsel patients on preventive healthcare practices, emphasizing proper nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle changes.Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals for a multidisciplinary approach to quality care.Maintain precise documentation of patient diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-ups in the system.Requirements:BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized institution.Valid medical registration/license, if applicable.This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
