We are seeking a seasoned Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our growth strategies and unlock new avenues for Recykal’s expansion. This role is pivotal to driving our mission of scaling the circular economy in India and beyond. As part of mid-level senior leadership, you will take ownership of developing and executing data-driven growth initiatives that accelerate user acquisition, engagement, retention and branding across B2B channels.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage high-impact campaigns, and continuously optimise marketing efforts to meet business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who is passionate about sustainability, data-driven marketing, and making a lasting impact in the cleantech space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Growth Strategy: Own the development and execution of innovative growth marketing strategies to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics and performance insights to optimise campaigns, measure effectiveness, and uncover new opportunities for scalable growth.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with product, sales, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives that align with broader business objectives.
  • Campaign Optimization & Innovation: Continually test, iterate, and refine marketing strategies to stay ahead of trends while driving efficiencies and maximising ROI across all campaigns.
  • Resource Allocation & Budget Management: Strategically allocate marketing resources, manage budgets, and ensure that all campaigns deliver optimal performance within allocated financial constraints.
  • Brand Amplification: Elevate Recykal’s market presence by developing and executing creative, impactful campaigns that enhance brand awareness and loyalty across B2B and B2C segments.
  • Mentorship & Team Development: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and growth.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge and proactively address market shifts.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or a senior marketing role, with a proven ability to drive significant growth and manage teams.
  • Preferred Industry Background: Cleantech/Sustainability, Technology/Marketplace Platforms, FMCG/CPG, or E-commerce/Logistics.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred, particularly from Tier 1 institutions (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, or top global business schools).
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Expertise in multi-channel marketing (digital, content, social media).
  • Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
