As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the full recruitment cycle for various roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.Utilize multiple channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews, providing a seamless candidate experience.Support the maintenance of recruitment databases and generate valuable insights through data analysis.Participate in regular training sessions and workshops focused on enhancing your recruitment skills.The program includes:3 months Virtual Classroom Training (Recruitment certification)3 Months on-the-Job training - ₹15,000 per monthUpon successful completion, you will have the opportunity to be onboarded as a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager, leading recruitment efforts and contributing to our mission of delivering top-tier talent solutions.About the Role:We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
