Job OverviewAs Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Quality, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance to ISO and EHS standards. You will be responsible for managing testing and calibration of equipment, implementing corrective actions against Root Cause Analysis findings, performing and supervising testing of various materials, recording test results and analyzing data to improve processes, authorizing and executing RM/PM/FG releases in ERP, generating non-conforming material notes and modifying First Time Failure batches.This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with technical teams and procurement/R&D departments.Responsibilities:Manage testing and calibration of equipment to ensure adherence to quality standardsImplement corrective actions based on Root Cause Analysis findingsPerform and supervise testing of various materials to ensure compliance with quality requirementsRecord and analyze test results to identify areas for improvementAuthorize and execute RM/PM/FG releases in ERP systemGenerate non-conforming material notes and modify First Time Failure batches as neededQualifications:You should have a Chemical Engineering/BSC/MSC degree in Chemistry (Inorganic/Organic) and 5-8 years of experience in Manufacturing/Quality Control in the Construction Chemical/Chemical Manufacturing industry.
