Senior Laboratory Manager

Job Description:We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a relevant field and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry.The role involves ensuring the quality of raw materials, intermediates, finished goods, and packing materials according to QC specifications. This includes generating Certificate of Analysis for all batches produced, maintaining control samples with tracking records, and preparing lab batches of finished goods when required.The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance to ISO standards, maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets, and conducting audits in the laboratory. Additionally, they will need to maintain records of QC testing and generate daily reports using Excel.Beyond these key responsibilities, the Quality Assurance Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring highest standards of safety in the laboratory at all times. They will also be expected to continually improve testing procedures and monitor SPC charts for key parameters.In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of chemistry and a proven track record of working effectively in a laboratory environment.
