We are seeking a seasoned Executive to lead our Legal and Transactions Team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 10+ years of hands-on experience in the legal domain, including Litigation, Compliance, Technical Due Diligence, and Transaction Services.The successful candidate will have a Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Law from a reputed institute, strong written and verbal communication skills, and knowledge of MS Office.The Executive will oversee the transition and quality service delivery of client North America to the Gurgaon team, drafting and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs). They will also manage and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, reporting on governance, and overseeing DBA renewals, dissolution, and withdrawal processes.Key responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating confidentiality agreements, listing agreements, and preparing abstracts from property service contracts. The Executive will also upload final documents into iManage or Box, update entity management data, and support litigation management functions.Litigation and Claims Management:Intake and distribution of service of process, pre-litigation notices, subpoenas, liens, enforcement actions, and other legal documents.Open new matters in the litigation management software.Transaction Services and Entity Management:Review and negotiate confidentiality agreements.Clear conflict checks for confidentiality agreements.Technical Due Diligence:Review, analyze, and prepare abstracts from third-party reports.Analyze and prepare property condition assessment and seismic report summary.
