Business Growth Strategist Job DescriptionOverview:The Business Growth Strategist will develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the IT and other Industry staffing industry.Analyze industry trends, identify potential clients and market segments, conduct market research and stay ahead of the competition.Collaborate with the executive team to define sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the company.Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging industry knowledge, networks and cold calling techniques.Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation activities, including attending industry events, conferences and leveraging online platforms.Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations and negotiations to secure new client accounts.Requirements:5 years of experience in business development and sales within the IT staffing industry.A track record of signing new clients and generating Sales and Business Revenue.In-depth knowledge of the IT and non-IT staffing market, including current trends, technologies and industry players.A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.A self-motivated, results-oriented individual able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
