Lead Graph Analytics EngineerThis is an exciting opportunity to tackle complex technical challenges, from real-time big data processing to advanced analytics and optimization on massive network graphs and interactive graph visualizations.The role is a hands-on technical leadership position focused on designing and implementing distributed graph computing solutions that process billions of entities and relationships for a cutting-edge data intelligence platform using a microservices architecture.Design and implement scalable entity resolution algorithms to handle vast amounts of records.Build blocking strategies (e.g., LSH, canopy clustering) optimized for high-performance Spark processing.Develop AI/ML based advanced matching with explainable AI (XAI).Implement incremental resolution supporting real-time and batch modes.Design APIs for entity lookup with sub-100ms latency requirements.The successful candidate will lead the development of the Entity Resolution and Network Generation services.Entity Resolution Service involves designing and implementing distributed entity resolution algorithms, building blocking strategies, creating AI/ML based advanced matching, and implementing incremental resolution. Network Generation Service involves architecting distributed graph generation pipelines, implementing graph analytics algorithms, designing storage strategies, and building high-performance graph serving APIs.Additional responsibilities include promoting model transparency and fairness by integrating state-of-the-art models evaluation techniques such as SHAP, LIME, bias detection, and monitoring model drifts.
