Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in Salesforce system engineering and development. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving Salesforce data storage issues, designing and implementing integrations with internal and third-party systems, and developing and deploying Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and remediate Salesforce data storage issues to control data footprint and performance.Design, implement, and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems.Develop and deploy Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows with unit tests.Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets aligned to data & security models.Manage UAT environments, coordinate cutovers, and troubleshoot deployment issues.Administer permission sets and ensure secure access across Salesforce modules.Collaborate with admins, BAs, QA, and product partners to gather requirements, document solutions, and run knowledge-transfer sessions.Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.Requirements3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce system engineering or development.Strong proficiency in Apex, Flow Builder, Asynchronous Processing, and Salesforce integration tools.Experience with data analysis using EDW or similar platforms.Solid understanding of Salesforce security, permission sets, and user provisioning.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Soft Skills & CommunicationExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong organization and attention to detail.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working across time zones.Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team goals.
