Overview The Fullstack Developer plays a critical role in the development of scalable web applications while ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. This role is significant in bridging the gap between backend and frontend technologies, employing established frameworks such as Java with Spring Boot for backend services and React for dynamic front-end interfaces. The Fullstack Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to create robust applications that meet user needs and business objectives. Additionally, this position seeks individuals who are adept in both front-end and back-end technologies, allowing for versatile problem-solving and improving overall application integrity. In a rapidly evolving technological landscape, the Fullstack Developer contributes not only by writing code but also by staying informed about industry trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities At least 4 years of software development experience Preferred between 4 to 8 years.  Good hold on front-end, middleware, and back-end Java web development technologiesFront end languages such as HTML, CSS, Jquery and JavaScript.Full Stack JavaScript frameworks such as React and Node js.Java server side programming – Java /microservices/ Spring Boot / MVC/ Hibernate experience Expert in design patterns and new microservices frameworks like KafkaDatabases such as MySQL, MongoDB. Relational DB concepts/ tools/ code connectionsShould be able to architect applications from all perspectives (Complete tech stack) based on required functionality Excellent debugging and troubleshooting with quick TATLead and guide other developers Experts in APIs (Restful), authentication, and tokens need to be able to integrate external applications at a quick pace. Also manage internal applications and related APIs. Provide support to external partners when integrating our APIs Familiarity with server setup, deployment and maintenance of the applications on Azure/AWS/Any other cloud  DevOps tools – CICD/Kubernetes/ Git/ Jenkins/ Splunk etc UI/UX concepts and ability to things from design perspective Besides above technical skills/expertise, the candidateShould be a clear and effective communicatorShould be able to manage work systematically and identify priorities for meeting deadlinesShould be proactive in identifying problems and suggesting solutionsShould be keen to learn business aspects as well Should be action oriented and can manage projects/ tasks by themselves
