Job OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Testability Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge test solutions for complex SoC/ASIC designs. This position involves driving DFT architecture, planning, and implementation across multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers.Define and drive DFT strategy and architecture for various ASIC/SoC projects.Lead implementation and verification of key DFT features including scan insertion, ATPG pattern generation, fault grading, MBIST, boundary scan, and IJTAG.Collaborate with RTL, STA, PD, and test engineering teams for seamless integration.Main Responsibilities:Drive DFT architecture, planning, and implementation across complex SoC/ASIC designs.Mentor junior DFT engineers, conduct design reviews, and provide training sessions.Develop and maintain DFT automation scripts and infrastructure.The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of experience in DFT for complex ASIC or SoC designs, expertise in DFT tools, strong knowledge of RTL design, STA, and synthesis flows, and proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Perl, and Tcl.This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.
