Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fixed Income Sales position at PDM Investment & Trading Company Pvt. Ltd. located in Kolkata. The role involves handling day-to-day sales activities related to fixed income products.


Qualifications

  • Graduate/Post-graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years experience in fixed income sales, wealth management, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of fixed income products and financial markets.
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with wealth management teams to develop cross-selling opportunities.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales of fixed income products to HNIs, family offices, and institutional clients.
  • Build and manage relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new clients.
  • Provide market updates and investment strategies focused on fixed income securities to clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the Fixed Income book.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new products in the fixed income space.
