Redefine customer engagement with cutting-edge technology.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Deploy AI Systems: Lead the end-to-end development of Large Language Model (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to ingest data, generate accurate responses, and power chatbot and voice agent interactions.Prompt Engineering & Voice Agent Development: Craft, iterate, and optimise prompts—and design voice-agent dialogue flows—to maximise response relevance, reduce latency, and ensure clinical safety across text and voice channels.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with frontend and backend teams to integrate AI and voice agent components into a cloud-hosted microservices architecture.Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Instrument AI pipelines, analyse logs and user feedback, troubleshoot edge cases, and implement continuous-learning improvements.Innovation & R&D: Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in LLMs, RAG, conversational AI frameworks, and healthcare compliance to inform the technical roadmap.Testing & Validation: Define and execute rigorous test plans to validate model accuracy, voice-agent performance, and compliance with healthcare standards.Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, advocate for best practices in MLOps, prompt engineering, voice-agent design, and model governance, and contribute to architecture reviews.Required Skills and QualificationsExperience in developing and deploying AI modelsStrong understanding of Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented GenerationProficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScriptKnowledge of cloud-hosted microservices architecturesAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional teamStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in AI and related technologiesBenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology that improves patient care.
