Job Description

We are seeking a Software Specialist with expertise in AI, Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Image Processing to join our team. In this role, you will design and develop advanced algorithms and software solutions to analyze visual data, including maps, AutoCAD drawings, and images. Your work will involve identifying and measuring features such as pole heights while collaborating with a focused AI team to implement innovative solutions in real-world applications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Advanced Algorithms:
  • Design machine learning and deep learning-based image processing solutions.
  • Analyze visual data from sources like maps and AutoCAD drawings.
  • Optimize Performance for Large-Scale Systems:
  • Ensure models are efficient and scalable using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.
  • Integrate AI and ML Models:
  • Implement AI features such as object detection, image segmentation, and feature extraction into broader systems.
  • Leverage Pre-Trained Models:
  • Use and fine-tune pre-trained models to meet specific requirements.
  • Troubleshooting and Optimization:
  • Resolve inefficiencies, improve accuracy, and enhance processing speed.
  • Collaboration and Documentation:
  • Work with cross-functional teams and maintain clear documentation of solutions.
  • Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated with AI, ML, DL, and image processing trends to drive innovation.


Skills & Requirements

Technical Expertise

  • Programming Languages: Python, C++, or similar.
  • AI/ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, OpenCV.
  • Image Processing Techniques: Object detection, image segmentation, OCR, feature extraction.
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure.
  • Development Tools: Jupyter Notebooks, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Visualization Tools: Matplotlib, Seaborn, TensorBoard.

Additional Skills

  • Knowledge of GIS and mapping technologies.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and CAD systems.
  • Experience with reinforcement learning, GANs, and edge computing is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective team collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Passion for innovation and adaptability in agile environments.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT or related fields).
