Job Description

Position:  Customer Success Manager - Civil/Architecture (Founder-track role)

Location:  Bangalore, India (with extensive travel across India)

Employment Type:  Full-time

Compensation:  ₹10–14 LPA CTC (inclusive of performance bonus) +  handsome equity allocation for the right candidate

Role Overview

We are seeking a  Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will operate with the  ownership and drive of a founder . This is not a routine role — it requires taking complete charge of solution delivery, building systems from scratch, obsessing over customer impact, and ensuring Agrocrete® and BINDR™ projects succeed on speed, quality, and scale.

In addition to managing  solution delivery and customer success , the CSM will also support the  sales team  by scoping pilots, coordinating delivery of samples/starter kits, and ensuring smooth implementation during proof-of-concept phases with new customers.

The CSM will spend significant time at customer sites across India, working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, contractors, and client teams, while representing customer needs back into GreenJams. For the right candidate, this role includes  substantial equity ownership , reflecting the expectation that you’ll help shape not only execution but also the company’s growth story.

This is a  high-trust, high-impact role  that sits at the intersection of technical execution, customer advocacy, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture & Implementation
  • Design and deliver tailored solutions using Agrocrete® and BINDR™.
  • Oversee on-site implementation and ensure adherence to speed and quality benchmarks.
  • Systems & Process Building
  • Develop and refine SOPs for product applications.
  • Establish scalable systems for delivery and execution across multiple regions.
  • Customer Success & Advocacy
  • Serve as the  voice of the customer  within GreenJams.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customer teams and decision-makers.
  • Actively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Execution Leadership
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery across internal teams, contractors, and customers.
  • Lead workers and engineers on-site — setting direction, rallying effort, and ensuring outcomes.

· Sales Support & Pilot Implementation

o Collaborate with sales teams to  scope pilot projects and POCs .

o Coordinate  sample/starter kit delivery  and oversee implementation at customer sites.

o Ensure pilots demonstrate the value of Agrocrete® and BINDR™ convincingly to support conversions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education:  Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Experience:  3–6 years as  Site Civil Engineer  or  Project/Site Architect .
  • Mindset & Skills:
  • Operates with a  founder’s mentality  — ownership, resourcefulness, and bias for action.
  • Inquisitive, innovative, and able to design new approaches under uncertainty.
  • Strong leadership — capable of rallying teams at all levels.
  • A people’s person — builds relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60–70% of time).
  • Obsessive focus on  solution delivery, quality, and speed .
