Job Description

As a Sourcing Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and sourcing high-quality medical, food-grade, and industrial-grade disposable gloves. You will collaborate with manufacturers in countries such as Malaysia and Thailand, ensuring product quality, compliance, and timely delivery. Your insights and expertise will help build strong supplier relationships and streamline the sourcing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Strategy Development: Work closely with internal teams to analyze staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies for gloves, focusing on medical, food, and industrial grades.
  • Supplier Management: Analyze and manage relationships with manufacturers, particularly in Malaysia and Thailand, to ensure cost-effective sourcing and timely deliveries.
  • Quality Control Analysis: Ensure sourced gloves meet the required quality standards and specifications for various industries.
  • End-to-End Sourcing Process: Oversee the sourcing process from supplier identification to product delivery, ensuring on-time shipments and compliance with quality standards.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in sourcing or supply chain analysis, with a focus on disposable gloves in medical, food, and industrial grades.
  • Experience working with manufacturers in Malaysia, Thailand, or other key production regions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess supplier performance and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of product quality control, procurement strategies, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
