Summary

Grroit is a growth partner for service-based businesses, helping service based businesses across the United States generate consistent, qualified inquiries through personal branding and marketing.

We are looking for Outreach Interns to join our team. In this role, you'll support our outbound prospecting efforts by reaching out to potential clients, initiating conversations, and booking qualified appointments for the company.

This is a remote internship with the potential to convert into a full-time role.

What success looks like in this role

You'll succeed if you can consistently:

  • Reach out to potential clients.
  • Spark meaningful conversations and generate interest.
  • Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Help drive Grroit's growth by opening doors to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound reachouts via LinkedIn, email, and other channels to potential clients.
  • Research prospects and tailor outreach to improve engagement.
  • Nurture early-stage conversations and book appointments for the sales team.
  • Keep accurate records of outreach activity and progress in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the team to test and refine outreach strategies.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media, marketing, or sales outreach (preferred).
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a remote team environment.

  • Type: Internship (with potential to convert into full-time)
  • Compensation: Performance-based commissions (commission on closed deals on your qualified meetings) + Incentives according to the work & results you bring.
