The Job DescriptionIn this role, some of your responsibilities will include1. Operations ManagementProvide day -to -dayoversight of FLIP program implementation across Meghalaya, Nagaland, and otherdesignated states.· Ensure effectiveprogram execution, including logistics coordination and quality assurance inall operational aspects.· Lead implementationplanning, monitor progress, and manage resource allocation to ensure timely andefficient delivery. 2. Stakeholder Engagement· Liaise and buildstrong, collaborative relationships with state, district, and block -leveleducation officials, ensuring mutual trust and alignment.· Represent MadhiFoundation at high -level review forums, stakeholder meetings, and donorengagements.· Facilitatediscussions and strategic planning for program scale -up and expansion acrossidentified regions· Conduct regularcoordination meetings and provide timely updates to government partners toensure effective program implementation and communication.3. Team Management· Conduct performancereviews, offer mentorship, and lead capacity -building initiatives to strengthenteam capabilities.· Supportrecruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for field staff to ensuresmooth integration and role readiness4. ConductingObservations· Lead theimplementation of classroom observation systems to monitor and enhance teachingand learning practices.· Conduct jointclassroom observations in collaboration with field teams and government mentorsto ensure consistency and shared understanding.· Track observationtargets, analyze findings, and ensure quality assurance through regularmonitoring and feedback mechanisms.5. KeepingStakeholders Updated· Prepare and deliverregular progress reports and presentations to communicate program status,achievements, and areas for improvement.· Oversee datamanagement, ensuring accurate collection, analysis, and tracking of keyperformance indicators (KPIs).· Facilitateeffective communication and coordination with government stakeholders andinternal teams to ensure seamless program execution and alignment.Youwill thrive in this role if you:· Have a master'sdegree in a relevant field including business, public policy, education, or arelated field of study from a reputed institution· Have provenplanning and time management skills and display a drive to see projects throughto completion· Possess excellentleadership and coaching skills and set a high bar of excellence for yourselfand team· Visionaryleadership with capacity to hold both strategy and detail.· Enjoy working witha diverse range of stakeholders and strive for cross functional collaboration  RequirementsMandatoryPrerequisites include:   · Master's degree(Education, Development Studies, Management, or related field).· 4–6 years ofexperience, with at least 2 years in managerial roles.· Prior experience inmanaging geographically distributed programs and teams would be an advantage.· Prior experience ineducation reform, government collaboration, or large -scale program delivery.· Periodic travellingto different states and respective blocks Proficiency in Hindi is preferred, as the role may require interaction  in the language.
