Role OverviewThis role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Onboarding Specialist.Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for international consultants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all consultants meet the necessary criteria prior to beginning assignments.The successful candidate will have experience in managing high-volume workloads, initiating and ensuring accurate and timely completion of onboarding activities, communicating with consultants and internal sales teams, and reviewing results and/or completion of onboarding activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Manage a high-volume workload with urgency and efficiency across multiple international markets.Initiate and ensure accurate and timely completion of onboarding activities through multiple systems.Communicate daily progress updates to consultants and internal sales teams.Review results and/or completion of onboarding activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.Requirements:To be considered for this role, you will need:1+ year of onboarding, compliance, and/or customer service experience, preferably in an international context.Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances.Attention to detail and accuracy.Strong time management and organization skills.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.Adaptable to changing priorities and processes.Strong Excel, data entry, research, and time management skills.What We Offer:This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Hybrid Work Schedule:This role requires the ability to work in a hybrid schedule, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
