Job Overview: Director of Product ManagementWe're seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Product Management to lead multiple product streams within Locus' enterprise logistics SaaS platform. You'll own the vision, roadmap, and execution for critical modules — driving measurable impact across strategy, delivery, adoption, and customer growth. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, solutions, customer success, and go-to-market teams, while scaling and mentoring a high-performing team of product managers. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology,strategy, and execution in a fast-scaling SaaS environment. What You'll Own Strategic OwnershipDefine and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for your portfolio of product streams within Locus.Translate company strategy into product goals, metrics, OKRs, and execution plans aligned with our modular, AI-native platform.Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure roadmap coherence across modules and alignment to overall business objectives.Lead market, competitive, and customer research to inform prioritization, evaluate opportunities, and guide innovation. Execution & Delivery ExcellenceLead the full product lifecycle — from discovery and ideation through launch, adoption,and continuous improvement.Drive alignment and execution across multiple product teams and engineering squads.Establish and track delivery KPIs such as predictability, quality, reliability, and Time-to-value. Market & Customer ImpactEngage directly with enterprise customers to validate needs, gather feedback, and represent Locus as a thought partner.Define and monitor analytics across usage, adoption, retention, and ROI to measure success.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on pricing, packaging, launch readiness, and go-to-market execution.Support enterprise deals, product adoption, and expansion initiatives while championing a customer-first, data-driven mindset. Team Leadership & CultureBuild, mentor, and scale a team of 5–8 product managers and related roles.Establish frameworks for coaching, performance feedback, and career progression.Foster a high-performance, customer-obsessed, data-informed product culture.Lead hiring, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration across teams. Success Metrics You'll be measured by the outcomes your portfolio delivers, including:Customer & Business Impact: Growth in adoption, retention, and revenue influence across product streams.Execution Excellence: Predictable delivery, high release quality, and measurable reliability improvements.Operational Efficiency: Reduced time-to-market and stronger alignment across teams.Customer Value: Improved satisfaction, activation, and time-to-value through superior product experiences. What We're Looking For8-10+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 4+ years leading an enterprise SaaS product portfolio.Proven success managing multiple product streams, owning end-to-end lifecycle, and prioritizing across dependencies.Deep domain knowledge in logistics, transportation, or supply-chain technology (TMS, WMS, visibility, orchestration) is strongly preferred.Strong technical fluency in SaaS architectures, APIs, integrations, analytics,instrumentation, AI/ML workflows, and multi-tenant platforms.Leadership experience in building and mentoring product teams in high-growth, matrixed environments. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — able to articulate vision, influence across exec, tech, and customer levels.
