We’re building a team that shares our vision of transforming how India manages credit.Goodscore Raises Series AAbout the Role We are looking for a Director - Product to lead our product strategy and execution in a fast-paced B2C startup environment. Leading a team of product managers and analysts, you will play a crucial role in defining the product roadmap, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring a seamless user journey. If you have a customer-first approach, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for innovation, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities ● Own all the key metrics and KPIs for multiple products ● Lead & mentor a team of product managers and analysts, ensuring their growth and success. ● Define and drive the long-term product roadmap and short-term sprints ● Identify & implement new features that improve customer experience and expand market reach.● Leverage data & insights to make informed product decisions with a strong business sense. ● Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Requirements ● 8-12 years of experience in product management, preferably in a high-growth B2C startup. ● Bachelor’s degree from a tier-1 college (Engineering, Business, or related field). ● Proven track record of building and scaling web and mobile products with a deep understanding of user behavior. ● Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a customer-first mindset. ● Experience in managing teams with 5+ people.● Experience of scaling fintech products or products for the ‘Bharat’ audience is a plus Location: This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Bellandur, Bangalore office, with a 5-day workweek.
