Regional Data Solutions LeadWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our APAC data solutions team. As the Regional Data Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of data-driven solutions across the region.About the RoleJob Responsibilities:Build and scale a high-performing regional data solutions team by hiring, coaching, and developing team members.Design and govern unified data models and semantic layers for general insurance aligned to global standards.Deliver enterprise semantic solutions using Power BI, including certified datasets and reusable data products.Operate and optimize the Power BI platform, including governance, premium capacity, XMLA, ALM/deployment pipelines, tuning, and workspace standards.Partner with Snowflake/Redshift/Informatica teams to develop scalable and auditable data pipelines.Lead the development of a GenAI strategy for insurance analytics, including RAG/embeddings, LLM prototypes, responsible AI, and compliance.Implement and operate data catalog and lineage platforms.Drive cross-market program delivery and ensure strong executive reporting and stakeholder alignment.Key Skills and QualificationsData Governance:Experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks.Power BI:Expertise in building and deploying enterprise semantic solutions using Power BI.GenAI:Familiarity with GenAI technologies and their applications in insurance analytics.Team Leadership:Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.What We OfferCompetitive Compensation:A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.Professional Development:Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
