Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Associate– Accounts to support our financial operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, preparing financial statements, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.Key Responsibilities:* Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, etc.)* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.* Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.* Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.)* Assist with internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors.* Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and inter-company accounts.* Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.* Review and ensure accuracy of accounting entries and financial recordsKey Skills & Competencies:* Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).* Experience in web ERP software like zoho and quick books⁠ is mandatory.* Preparation of MIS report for account payable receivable.⁠ ⁠* Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar.* Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).* Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.* Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.* High attention to detail and organizational skills.Qualifications & Experience:* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com).* Professional qualification like MBA (Finance) is preferred.* 4 -7years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
