Senior Cloud Data Engineer

Cloud Data Solutions LeadWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of data solutions using AWS and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in big data concepts, cloud implementations, and data engineering.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement data pipelines to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop and maintain data warehouses to support analytics and business decision-making.Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to improve efficiency and performance.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data engineering.Required Skills and Qualifications:8+ years of relevant experience in data engineering and delivery.8+ years of relevant work experience in big data concepts.Strong experience with SQL, Python, and Pyspark.Good understanding of data ingestion and processing frameworks.Good experience in Snowflake, SQL, AWS (Glue, EMR, S3, Aurora, RDS, AWS architecture).Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Benefits:Opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the growth of the company.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional development and career advancement opportunities.Others:Must be able to do coding, debugging, performance tuning, and deploying applications to production environments.Experience working in Agile methodology.Good to have experience in DevOps tools and practices, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines.Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
