đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities

  • Own your monthly sales targets and help us reach â‚ą100 Cr in ARR
  • Counsel leads via calls, virtual demos, and in-person walk-ins
  • Work on lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals
  • Share insights with marketing/product teams to optimize campaigns
  • Train and build your own team of sales counselors
  • Lead initiatives in GTM strategy, expansion, and remote team building

  • 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of sales funnels, CRM, and campaign strategies
  • A passion for education, skilling, and impact creation
  • Freshers with high intent and proactive mindset also welcome
