Join our Customer Success team as an Implementation Specialist Intern and play a crucial role in helping our customers successfully deploy AI agents that transform their operations. You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers to guide clients through their AI implementation journey, ensuring smooth adoption and maximum value realization.This is a 6-month internship program designed to develop you into a full-time Implementation Specialist.What will you be doing?Partner with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Engineers to onboard new clients and implement AI agent solutionsGuide customers through technical setup including integrations, configurations, and workflow optimizationTroubleshoot implementation challenges and provide creative solutions to complex customer problemsLiaise with external and internal stakeholders: Act as a bridge between customer SPOCs and internal product/tech teams to help with integrations and deployments.Ticketing: You would be responsibe for addressing escalations and meeting administrative ticket service level agreements (SLAs) with our solution team's assistance.Become a conversational AI expert: Proactively assist customers by analyzing their data and proposing solutions for their problem statements and suggest next steps to increase value.Who is a good fit ?Experience: Recent graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or 1 year of experience in a similar role.Technical curiosity - You don't need to be a developer, but you're comfortable with APIs, integrations, and learning new technologiesProblem-solving mindset - You thrive on figuring out creative solutions to complex challengesStrong communication skills - You can explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiencesCustomer-first attitude - You're passionate about helping customers succeedDetail-oriented - You catch potential issues before they become problemsCollaborative spirit - You work well with both technical and non-technical team membersFamiliarity with SaaS tools, APIs, or automation platforms (bonus points for AI/ML exposure)Interview RoundsRound 1: Assignment and Profile EvaluationRound 2: Interview with the CSMRound 3: Interview with the FoundersTeam Dynamics and Culture:You will work with a small team of people across sales, customer success, and marketing functions.Opportunities for promotion based on performance - we don't believe in arbitrarily keeping you in the same position for a fixed amount of time.
