Job Description:Must Have Skills6 years of overall industry experience At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM domain Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules Discovery Service Mapping Event Management OrchestrationDeep understanding of CMDB design data integrity and dependency mappingFamiliarity with ITIL and ITOM best practicesServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA and ITOM related certificationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsGood to Have SkillsExposure to ServiceNow ITOM integrations with monitoring tools eg SolarWinds Nagios SplunkKnowledge of cloud discovery and hybrid infrastructure managementExperience with automation frameworks and orchestration workflowsAdvanced ITIL certifications or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certificationsFamiliarity with DevOps and AIOps concepts
