Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Developer Location: PAN INDIA Work Mode: Hybrid Mode Experience: 8+ years ( 6+ years Relevant) Job Type: Contract to hire (C2H) Notice Period: - Immediate joiners. Key Responsibilities Must Have Skills - 8 years of overall industry experience At least 6 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM domain - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Orchestration - Deep understanding of CMDB design data integrity and dependency mapping - Familiarity with ITIL and ITOM best practices - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA and ITOM related certifications - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Good to Have Skills - Exposure to ServiceNow ITOM integrations with monitoring tools eg SolarWinds Nagios Splunk - Knowledge of cloud discovery and hybrid infrastructure management - Experience with automation frameworks and orchestration workflows - Advanced ITIL certifications or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications - Familiarity with DevOps and AIOps concepts
