The role of an IT Service Management Specialist is to oversee the development and implementation of strategies, frameworks, and processes that ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT services across the organization. This requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in ITSM frameworks, and the ability to drive transformational change and innovation.This position will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with industry best practices to optimize IT service delivery, support business objectives, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading ITSM programs, initiatives, and projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to optimize IT service delivery and support business objectives.Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess ITSM performance and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand service requirements and prioritize initiatives.Drive the adoption and compliance of processes across the organization.Implement and optimize ITSM tools to automate workflows and streamline processes.Provide strategic guidance to senior management on ITSM trends, technologies, and industry standards.Manage vendor relationships and contracts for third-party service providers.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience (8+ years) in IT service management or related roles.Strong technical expertise in ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.ITIL Expert certification or higher-level ITIL certifications preferred.About Us:We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
