Job OpportunityWe are seeking a customer-focused and proactive individual to support our sales team as an Insurance Front Office Coordinator. This role involves interacting with Australian clients, managing inquiries, explaining insurance products, and coordinating with the internal sales team. Key responsibilities include:Acting as the primary point of contact for Australian clients through calls and emails.Supporting the sales team in client communication, follow-ups, and documentation.Effectively communicating insurance product information to clients.Maintaining accurate client data and assisting in preparing sales reports.Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless sales operations.Meeting performance goals and maintaining high service standards.Providing feedback and updates to sales managers regarding client queries. Requirements:2–4 years' experience in front office, customer service, or sales coordination roles.Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client interactions.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.Previous experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
