Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth processes, and supporting the organization in its people-focused strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
Coordinate and manage employee engagement activities and events.
Address employee queries regarding benefits, payroll, leave policies, and HR procedures.
Support training and development initiatives by coordinating schedules and maintaining training records.
Assist in performance management processes, including documentation and follow-ups.
Generate HR reports and provide data analysis for decision-making.
Monitor attendance, leave, and timesheets to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years of experience in an HR role or internship.
Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS tools is preferred.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
