DESIGNATIONManager - Accounts & TaxationOVERVIEWAn opportunity for managing Accounts, Taxation & Finance of an Industrial Valve Manufacturing Company.EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA or CFA ( will be preferred)COMPETENCY Minimum 10 years working experience in a product manufacturing organisationWorking experience in below with respect to a product manufacturing organisationManaging overall accounts including preparation & finalisation of Final Accounts (i.e. Balance Sheets)Ensuring compliance to statutory formalities which includes,Income Tax ( including TDS/TCS)GSTPayroll related e.g PF, ESIC etcHandling Tax AuditHandling Income Tax assessmentHandling GST Audit & AssessmentKnowledge of foreign currency accounting related to Import & Export.Knowledge of CMA preparation for Loans and required compliances of Lending Bank / Financial InstitutionsRESPONSIBILITIES Direct responsibilities includeManage Accounts and TaxationEnsure compliance of Taxation and other accounting related statutory requirementsHandle Tax Audit & Income Tax AssessmentHandle GST Audit and AssessmentMIS preparation and reconciliations related to Accounts & TaxationEnsure compliance to requirements of Lending Bank and CMA preparation for Bank LoansPerks and Benefits:Gross Salary INR 75k per month, based on candidates competency level.
