If you are this unique individual, we’d love to meet you.In this role you will:Responsible for regional technical service responsibilityResponsible for the sell-through and post-sales activities in the regionProvide technical advice to customers on product, installation, and system operational mattersEnsure proper resolution to customer inquiries and warranty service requestsWork with 3rd party service providers to perform service-related issuesConduct regional product/technical training, seminars and webinarsLiaise with HQ to resolve customer issuesGather product intelligence information, perform competitor analysisLead or participate in projects and process improvement activitiesProvide sales and marketing support as neededWe are looking for:Bachelor or above holders in Electronics and Electrical or other related majorsSelf-motivator with a minimum of 5 years related experience in the solar industry is a mustGood communicator with fluent English and native languagesWho We Are:Hoymiles. , founded in 2012, is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales and marketing.
