A good understanding of Oncology-specific analyses, including Line of Therapy algorithms and Survival analysis, is also required.Responsibilities:Leadership: Leading internal and client study team meetings effectively.Presentation: Presenting study updates internally and at client meetings.Knowledge Sharing: Sharing scientific, technical, and practical knowledge within the team and with colleagues.Compliance: Performing work in full compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, company policies, procedures, and training.Collaboration: Building effective collaborative working relationships with internal and client team members.Innovation: Seeking opportunities to develop innovative ideas and sharing them when appropriate.Mentorship: Line management or mentorship of more junior team members.Training: Contributing to the development of internal training materials.Process Improvement: Contributing to internal process improvement initiatives.
